Are you ready for something different? Many people strength train with weights, while others do cardio - somewhere in between is Afterburn, the ultimate fat loss workout. Some of the tools and techniques may seem new to you, but many have been around for over 100 years! Not only will you burn hundreds of calories an hour, but you will continue to burn fat and calories up to 48 hours after your workout is complete. The workout changes weekly, keeping it exciting, avoiding plateaus, and giving you serious RESULTS.
ALLOY INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH
Want to get stronger, slimmer and more athletic? I.S. is the solution. Working with heavier loads and fewer reps means more strength without bulk. This program combines old-school tools with modern science to provide you with the fastest path to better strength and conditioning, with full-body workouts that also change every week.
If your goal is to lose body fat and increase muscle tone and strength, a combination of Afterburn and I.S. throughout the week is your ticket to seeing great results.
Foundations is less intense than Afterburn or I.S. because you can't build a great home without a solid foundation. Likewise, before we begin to build more advanced layers of fitness, you first need to establish proper movement and a base level of conditioning. With a challenging, full-body workout that changes weekly, Foundations will ensure that you avoid injury, make progress at your own comfortable pace, and begin the path to success. Perfect for those seeking entry level workouts in team training.
FREE WEEK & FMS
When you join Alloy, you get unlimited sessions per month (max one class per day). However, a one-time 15-minute Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is required. It will enable our Fitness Coach to recommend which weekly combination of Alloy sessions best suits your fitness level and goals. The FMS is also necessary when you're redeeming a free week of Alloy Team Training.
Additionally, the FMS is for you safety, to identify any restrictive
movement patterns that would prevent you from safely and successfully completing specific Alloy classes.

ALLOY CLASS SCHEDULE
Adding Alloy Large Team Training to your membership gives you unlimited classes per week (no more than one class per day). We continually monitor attendance to assure we have enough classes scheduled to accomodate demand. At this time, there is a maximum of 25 people allowed in any given Alloy class. Schedules are available at the gym.

RESERVE YOUR CLASSES IN ADVANCE
(MUST BE AN ALLOY MEMBER)
When you go to the website, click "log in", "gym members". Log in using the information you were given when you added Alloy to your membership.
You may reserve your classes up to one month in advance and should do so to avoid being shut out. However, Please be mindful that if you no-show on two separate occasions, class reservation privileges will be revoked for two weeks. We ask that you be respectful of the times you book in advance, being sure to show up. There is a minimum 4 hours cancellation notice. Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to this policy!
What else do you get?
POLAR HEART RATE TRAINING
Use of our Polar heart rate system is optional and included. During Large Team Training classes, you have the option to wear a Polar monitor provided by the gym (one-time strap purchase is available for $25 at the club). This will enable you to track your training zone and maximize your results during every workout. You'll also know how many calories you burn in every class. A report of what you achieve in each class will automatically be emailed to you, enabling you to track your progress over time.
COMMUNITY AND SUPPORT
When you join Alloy, you're getting much more than training services. You'll have access to our private facebook group, ALLOY NATION NEWBURGH, with other Alloy members and coaches at Gold's Gym Newburgh who will support you in achieving your goals. The camaraderie of our Alloy community at Gold's Gym Newburgh is stellar, with motivation, fitness and nutrition tips, and a group of people who will keep you connected and motivated every day.
The cost for unlimited team training sessions is $109/month (max one training session per day). This includes all three types of training, coaching in every session, use of the Polar system (optional), onine booking, and access to Alloy Nation Newburgh (private Facebook support group).
