To HELP YOU design a starting action plan based on your fitness level and specific needs/goals. Regardless of your fitness level, everyone needs a PLAN. During Smart Start, we help you design that plan. There's a huge variety of equipment, training options, and classes at Gold's Gym Newburgh. Knowing what to do and how often to do it can make or break seeing the results and changes you'd like to see. Here's what to expect during your one hour Smart Start session:

  • One-on-one meeting with a Fitness Coach to develop a personal action plan that takes you from point A (where you are now) to point B (where you want to be).
  • Discussion of YOUR preferences when it comes to working out alone, in groups, classes, or whatever YOU personally prefer when you go to the gym.
  • Discussion of any relevant medical or physical restrictions (if applicable).
  • Time permitting, a 20-minute workout based on your fitness level. Come prepared to exercise.
